چکیده
The use of fungicides to control agricultural diseases has been increasing in agriculture. Thus, the biological using fungus is an effective tool integrated management. This study aimed evaluate compatibility Certeza, Apron and Vitavax on microorganisms Trichoderma asperelloides Azospirillum brasilense. experiments were conducted vitro a completely randomized design with factorial arrangement 2 x 3 three replications. first factor composed two doses second referred fungicides. developed PDA medium. After medium solidified, flow layer 10 µL fungal solution was added each plate aid automatic pipette (D1, recommended dose; D2, double dose). Then, Petri centrally inoculated disc asperelloides, addition uninoculated control. For brasilense, colony surface scraped sterilized Drigalsky loop. filter discs paper dipped placed surface. this process, plates incubated BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) at 26±2ºC photoperiod 12 h. parameters evaluated mycelial growth sporulation. results showed that there no significant interaction between factors. Certeza (Tiofanato metílico + Fluazinam), (Fludioxonil Metalaxil-M) (Carboxina Tiram) are considered compatible can be used disease management practices, priority must given products have shown less harmful.

Intermediary carbon metabolism of Azospirillum brasilense.
Azospirillum brasilense Sp 7 grew rapidly in AZO medium containing reduced nitrogen and succinate as an energy source, with a doubling time of 43 min. No growth was measured with glucose as the sole carbon source. In contrast, Azospirillum lipoferum Sp 59b could grow in media containing either succinate or glucose with a doubling time of 69 min and 223 min, respectively. Warburg-Barcroft respir...

Restriction analysis of amplified 16S rDNA from bacterial strains isolated from soil was used to evaluate the effects of swine manure and urea fertilisation on indigenous populations of the plant growth promoting bacterium, Azospirillum brasilense, in corncultivated experimental plots. Several operational taxonomic units (OTUs) were found among the isolates. One of them, identified as A. brasil...
متن کاملAnchoring of Azospirillum brasilense to hydrophobic polystyrene and wheat roots
The anchoring (irreversible attachment) of Azospirillium brasilense Cd to hydrophobic polystyrene and to root surfaces was compared. Live A. brasilense Cd cells attached in significantly greater numbers to roots than to polystyrene, regardless of treatments made to the surfaces or to the bacterial cells. Triton X-100, Na2EDTA and several bacterial -inhibitory substances reduced bacterial attach...
متن کاملRegulation of nitrogenase activity by oxygen in Azospirillum brasilense and Azospirillum lipoferum.
The nitrogenase activity of the microaerophilic bacteria Azospirillum brasilense and A. lipoferum was completely inhibited by 2.0 kPa of oxygen (approximately 0.02 atm of O2) in equilibrium with the solution. The activity could be partially recovered at optimal oxygen concentrations of 0.2 kPa. In contrast to the NH4+ switch off, no covalent modification of the nitrogenase reductase (Fe protein...
متن کاملPurification and characterization of glutamate synthase from Azospirillum brasilense.
Growth conditions for Azospirillum brasilense Sp6 were devised for maximal expression of glutamate synthase. The enzyme levels were largely affected by the type and concentration of the nitrogen source. A 10-fold increase in the synthesis of the enzyme was observed at a limiting concentration of ammonia. The enzyme was purified to homogeneity by a procedure which was fairly rapid and allowed a ...
